Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia Control Panel is a regular accessory solely when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and is delivered free of cost. With Hepsia you can host unmetered Top Level Domains in one hosting user account. This is attainable due to Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager tool. The other hosting CP interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable only in combination with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you have to use TWO separate web hosting user accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain registration/transfer/management services. If you select Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated server, there will be no CP opportunity.

Hosted Hostnames ² - unmetered domains can be hosted with all available CP devices, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your Top Level Domains under a single hosting account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP platforms do not provide such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager menu and as a consequence they necessitate 2 separate accounts: one domain name management/billing/support user account and one web site management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP).

Operating System ³ - you will note that the Hepsia web hosting Control Panel sustains Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to install it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel devices work solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
